The staff were welcoming and very efficient, the buffet restaurant had a good choice for breakfast and evening meals The room was a nice size and had a good bathroom with nice toiletries but could have had more loo roll

The check in timing's re quiet off as when someone is traveling and have booked the hotel for a day he/she cannot stay in the hotel if have landed before 1PM that is half of the day if early check in is required it cost's extra money this should not be the case at least if the check in time should be 11 am.

The hotel is very comfortable. A bit on the outskirts but not far from the action. Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is quite large and the food delicious. Breakfast buffet also is also a good spread. Also the staff was friendly and helpful throughout.

Value for money, only issue was that centralized AC was not upto the mark, I had requested to check the cooling, person came and informed it's working fine but later on in the mid night it was not working properly.

The property have very well trained personnel who were at one’s beck over call nd reacts to one’s needs fast. All facilities are available and were in excellent condition . The free breakfast was well laid off and delicious . Overall our stay in India gave us a good impression especially the great rated stay in Sarovar Portico

A true Royal treatment in the heart of Bikaner. The owner, Shree Harshwardhan ji personally greet all his guests with warmth and humble hospitality. It was truly a blissful experience. He has the best collection of antique artifacts that reflect the true Rajasthan. The property is clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Do experience their cafe.

We had a short stay which was extremely comfortable and value for money. The staff in particular were extremely well behaved and trained it seems as found them very courteous. Special mention to the check in staff and Mr. Sandeep. Overall great stay in a very nice property
